Video Marketing Proposal

Thank you Martino for the opportunity to quote on this special video project. Based on our conversation, I have put together two options for your consideration below.

Here is a quick video about what we do and what our clients have to say about it. 

Option 1. Full Video Package includes:


1. Costco Partnership Video - to your specifications. 


In addition to the Costco partnership video, our production process will afford us the opportunity to also create the following addition value:


2. Embassy Company Brand Story (About Us page)


This video would cover the Embassy story, Brand Promise, The Team, Company Culture, Products, Facilities and Commitment to Quality and Customer Obsession :) (I love that line on your home page)


Recommended video length: 2-3 min. 


3. Company commercial


This video will run between 30-60 seconds and can be used for social, sales, email introductions and other marketing communications. 


4. 12 shorts perfect for social media 


These videos will be taken from all raw material and edited down into short clips for social media. Content titles to be covered in a creative brief. Suggested run time: 15-60 seconds. 


15 videos total. Candid Photography included.


Cost: $10k


Option 2. Would be a half day at $5,500 and would include:


Costco video, Embassy Brand video, short commercial for social 



Our Process:


We start the day with filming interviews with key employees then move into the afternoon with facilities, B-roll and photography. 


Based on the sample you provided from Costco. It appears that there are some standards that the would like to follow. No problem. The gentlemen in the sample was clearly reading a teleprompter - which we can provide if necessary. My first choice is to not use a teleprompter. Instead, we would deploy an interview style approach that will capture the most authentic narrative to your story. I also recommend that we feature key people in your organization to ad more colour and celebration to your video story.
