One of the things I love most about my job is interviewing happy people. It really does make my job easier. There is no need for scripting when people are telling the truth from a place of pure JOY. Sure, there are many times when you have to help guide someone who doesn't really love having a camera in their face - but let me tell you, it's not hard work when that person is genuinely happy. I also love learning from successful companies like Earthscape who believe that happy employees equal happy clients and happy clients equal a happy bottom line.
